	General Overview Silo Homeowners Association is located in Westminster, Colorado at 90th Avenue and Carr Street. The Association consists of 203 Townhomes on 44 acres and was established in 1975. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.
	Clubhouse Within the community is a clubhouse available for homeowner use. This amenity is a great place to host your next birthday party, family reunion or workout class. Hours: By reservation only. Reservations can be made on the Association website. Access: Access is permitted to all owners. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager. *NOTE: Use of pool is not included in Clubhouse Rental
	Pool What better way to enjoy summer than at the Association’s pool? Open during the summer season, the pool is a wonderful place for water aerobics, swimming or enjoying a book by the water. The Association also has a wading pool! Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Access: Access is to all owners with a zero balance. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager.
	Playground A playground is located within the community at 8100 W. 90th Avenue. It's a great place to have some fun when weather permits!
	Tennis Courts With the wonderful weather in Colorado, the tennis courts always give you an excuse to get outside. Enjoy a game of tennis on the two courts without having to leave the community! Access: Access is permitted to all owners and is on a first-come, first serve basis.
